Factoid on TN - from Reader's Digest!

This doesn't apply to me, thankfully!!!!

"Does dark chocolate remind you of coal?"

You could have damage to your trigeminal nerve, which often happens during mouth surgery. In this case, foods that are both fatty and bitter like chocolate--can come across as simply very bitter!

You NEVER see TN in any major publication AND specifically noted--

"often happens during mouth surgery"

WOW- all you ever see is denial of TN from mouth surgery from "profesionals"

Anybody here can't eat dark chocolate anymore?

It's part of my weekly diet since I gave up smoking! Its a food group to me!

Gosh, I don’t know if I should laugh or cry (but that might have to with my body refusing to sleep at the moment:( although I am glad to see Tn in major publications, most of the time it’s misinformation. Like just take a few pills you’ll be fine or hey here let’s just crack open that melon of yours real quick and you’re fixed.

Chocolate is my best friend. Lidnt’s truffle candy bars, chocolate with sea salt Carmel, any chocolate is good.

Maybe if I stop eatting chocolate my pain would disappear.

Sorry a bit grumpy right now.

How strange, and sad if it affects you this way dear readers!

Oh if only I had an issue with chocolate and fatty foods I may have less weight to deal with ;-) Thanks for sharing the positive article!! Maybe some family members will read it ad quit saying it's all in my head! blessings and pain free days ahead for you~~
