Is there anyone who is at any stage of TN who is a runner? any experiece or advice to continue with a weekly running program?

im not a runner, but if i do run the bounce set off the pain, so i have to be careful when i want to move fast. good luck to you

I’m not a runner but have just started working out with a trainer 3 days a week.

So far my TN has not been aggravated by the exercise, which has surprised me. I have a problem with cold weather and wind, it is winter in australia and i started going to the gym to avoid being outside.



I guess it is really going to depend on your personal triggers, hopefully someone that runs will be along soon.

A while back someone on this forum recommended Buff outdoor tube thingys. Hard to describe but they are a bit like a ski mask. I have found them so much more convent than using a scarf as they stay in place.
