I would like to recommend Dr. Ryan Glasser in Sarasota, Fl.
He did my MVD surgery almost 3 yrs ago and I am pain free. He has done hundreds of these surgeries and he said mine was one of the worst tangled messes he had seen. I still have numbness, but I will take that any day over the terrible pain that the drugs could no longer fix.
