especially at night.
when i first started taking it..i noticed that the inner-side of my big toe felt..tingling/numb. Like when your foot was numb but is "waking" up. (gosh, hard to describe...lol sorry).
I've been taking it for almost 2yrs now and although the intensity has diminished (or i've just gotten used to it) ..it's still there.
Not sure if its the same as you are describing, as mine wasn't really "pain"...but hope the input helps.
(But as always...you might want to check w/dr to be sure)

Not sure if it's the same thing but I noticed that it goes away if you drink enough water. Anyway it's gone now so lets hope its ok.
