The back of my head is crawling like huge bugs are on it anyone else get this? Its freakin me out
I had that problem when I was on the tegretol. Could it possibly be the medication you are taking? I hope this stops soon for you. I ended up having an allergic reaction to tegretol (a burning, itchy rash all over my body from my head to my toes) and had to stop taking it.
Yah it was feeling like that 3 days ago before I started taking my new pills they are a tricylic anti depressent yah I had a rough time with tegratol I was on it for 3 days my pain actually increased with it thanku for replying its lonely in the world of facial pain!
If it is not too late -call a pharmacist and see if this is a normal side effect!!
I would definitely call a pharmacist. That is a horrible feeling. I hope you get it figured out! It is a lonely world for sure, but we certainly have a great bunch of people here to help!
i actually have muscle spasms that feel like something is under my skin on my cheeks monstly, never the back of the head. Is it itchy at all or feel like a spasm? FEEL BETTER <3
I sometimes get a feeling on one half of my brain like shivers, as if someone is pouring water over it,its a creeping sensation.
Weird I know, but my Neuro explained it as a neurological sensation…
Unrelated to my meds, as I’ve had it with and without meds.
I would definately bring it up either to Neuro or pharmacist…
I had the sensation right before starting my new meds on Monday i remember telling myself not to think it was a side effect cause i hadn't taken the meds yet ..bah i wish the meds would start working it doesn't feel like they are doing anything! I do get itchy feelings on my face on my eyelids and in my nostrils again this was before the meds and its more like the right side of my head is in a cramp
