I have tried sooooo many times to change my profile picture but am unable to. I follow all the prompts, the tiny window says downloading is occurring, but after 10 mins. nothing happens. Help!
Hi Dixie, can you make sure your the file with your picture isn't too big. A lot of websites have limits on how big the file can be. When I change mine on the site it takes about 5 seconds. So if yours is taking 10 minutes to download, it's probably too big.
Please let me know if this works.
No, couldn't get it done. I had fun downloading 4 pictures for "My Photos" on my site, though. Don't know why I can't change my profile picture?

I'm not sure why either. Are you clicking the actual picture in the upper left where it says "change picture."
Yes, that is what I am doing. I also clicked on "edit profile picture" to see if I could do something from that approach, but that won't do it either. When I put the current picture there, it uploaded and appeared in just a few seconds.

Hmmm, I have no explanation. Maybe try using a different browser like google chrome. If you are using Microsoft Internet explorer, it might not be playing. Ice with the site.
Ou can also giveme your,ail and password and I can try. Then you can reset password.
I just reset my password. I am not sure if you got my reply that included my e mail address and password that I sent.
I'll figure out how to change the profile picture eventually. I, like you, have far more important things going on in my life. Thanks!
I didn’t get your email, you have to use the system and can’t just reply to emails.
