Hello all.. I have been working with a councilor on my stress and mainly with my pain due to my back surgeries and shoulder surgeries. I am currently being scheduled for a 4th back surgery that will fuse 3 disc this time which I am fighting at this point. My councilor uses BIOFEEDBACK to help with pain. I was reading the PDF that comes with the welcome packet to this site and noticed BIOFEEDBACK is one of the alternatives. I just had a EEG today and I was a little nervous with the concern of triggering a attack since he was putting those dang electrodes on my head. But all went well. I don't know what this will lead to. I am hoping to learn something. Sick of taking Loratabs for moths at a time. I don't think I can get out of this back surgery. But I am more concerned about the TN Since my back pain is quit bad.. but doesn't even come close to the TN SHOCKS. anyone have any experience with this BIOFEEDBACK take care guys and gals :D

Treatments…I see nothing to lose…unless its thousands of dollars…in the striking back book…there is a chapter on CAM therapies for pain…try

Westernized medicine does not have all the answers… You can do more than one alternative therapy if one doesn’t work…or a combo
