I am fairly new to the site. Several weeks ago many people were discussing a book for TN patients, and referred to it as their “Bible”. I cannot find the name or author of this book and can no longer find the list of reading material.
There is also another book titled Trigeminal Neuralgia edited by Dr. Peter Jannetta, published Oxford University Press in 2011. It is for medical professionals but I have found it extremely valuable. It’s pricey, I got it on Amazon.
I’ll give the table of contents here:
Thank you Bella for taking the time to list everything above. My brother has generously offered to order that book for me. I appreciate your help very much. Have a great, pain free day!
Another book that may deserve to be in the libraries of TN patients is titled "Insights -- Facts and Stories behind Trigeminal Neuralgia", by Dr Joanna Zakrzewska. I understand it is on the pricy side too, but I've watched Dr Zak work for close to 18 years, and she is very knowledgeable.
