I am in the need of a good neurologist not liking mine too well I live in phoenix but would take any doctor Arizona

I just had my MVD surgery completed by Dr. Abhay Sanan in Tucson, AZ last week. You can see him at the Center for Neurosciences. He is an expert on MVD for TN, and he did an excellent job on my MVD for GN. I've also heard from others that had surgeries done by him, which they were very happy with. Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you!

Thanks KC I have looked at the tab unfortunantly the arizona tab none of them are on my insurance i am going to have to see about getting waivers or something because I can not afford to pay for the doctor bills unless the insurance covers them it really sucks God bless you and thank you

Have you been to the other premier website on TN?
That’s where I started my journey with good surgeon…he is on the board of the
Trigeminal Neuralgia Assoc.
Google that…I think fpa is now part of websites new name …facial pain association
Kinda has both interchangeable names…much more research info and dollars there…also doctors people recommend…but here and there you really won’t or shouldn’t see bad doctors names…I think the sites could get in trouble…so only good doctors names are listed.
Yes I have been to the FPA Page I think i am just going to have to come up with the money for a doctor out of my insurance network. the other thing I was thinkg would going to a pain managment doctor help would he perscribe the lidocaine products My sister inlaw has severe fibromyalgia and she uses lido patch she is going to give me some to try

Have you tried Barrows Neurological Institute? I finally got into there after years of trying to find the right doctors and they have been fantastic!! If you would like more info let me know and I can privately give you more information. I actually live in Texas but have family in Phoenix. I was desperate and decided to try the doctors in Arizona. I am now scheduled for the MVD surgery July 31st. They all have helped me so much. Also Dr. Cohen with Southwest Pain Management has been amazing & Dr Sparks Narcotic specialist helped me a lot!!
