We are bombed with medication and I wondered if anyone tried more alternative medicine like herbs, home remedies, massages, baths, nutrition, special diet, etc.

if you type in alternative treatments in the box at the upper right hand corner of the page so discussions come up and you can read them. I use crainio-sacral and acupuncture along with some meds.
