Vertigo following MVD surgery

I had Mvd surgery in 2010, for TN, after awhile it helped and the pain slowly disappeared, but now I am having problems with vertigo. I had a massage today and bam intense vertigo began. I have now developed TN in my lower jaw, just beneath my right lip, not sure now . If it is all connected but as anyone developed the vertigo problem after having MVD surgery. The message therapist said it was my substantial tube that messaged that caused the vertigo. Please, if anyone has had this and found relief for it please let me know. Thanks, Linda

Vertigo can be mannny things, calcium floating in ear tube…maybe dislodged during massage

A certain type of dramamine
Can make you better till it passes…call pharmacist!

With TN poking back at you…get a prescription for lidocaine face patch or cream! Call your neuro.

After my MVD it took a couple years to really set in… Still comes sometimes …little in frozen food isles!

Thank you, Kc for your reply. I apologize for my writing yesterday, some words were not to clear. I definitely will talk to my Dr. about the patches. I thought also about seeing an ENT Dr. A lady on another site told me she had tubes put into her ears because her vertigo was coming from the Eustachian tubes and it helped her a lot, so I thought I might at least do a little more research on that as well. But, thank you again for your reply and I will definitely check it out.
