When the TN kicks up my the first reaction is to boost the Tegretol. But care must be taken because the Tegretol might have a bad reaction with your MS. I have more muscle weakness and fatigue. Because I get a little loopy I have my husband keep track of my intake. He can tell when I've had too much. My only guide is my pain level.
