This is a link to a great article my neurosurgeon wrote on Neuropathic pain. TN mentioned

Dr Raslan is my neurosurgeon. He assisted on my MVD surgery and was the attending on my RFR. If you are looking for a neurosurgeon I would HIGHLY recommend him to you. He will always say what you need to hear, not what you always want to hear. The last time I met with him, he told me there were no more surgery options open to me due to the high risk of me getting AD. Very hard to hear, but I walked out of his office knowing I could trust him. When I had my MVD and ended up spending 16 days in the hospital, he was there every day checking up on me. He can be very direct in the way he talks about treatments, but I do not believe you could find a more compassionate man either.

A well-written article. I like how he explains the pain pathway in words which any reader can understand. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, he is really good in explaining things to where you can understand them.
