Stretching to relieve TN pain in the morning

I stretch in the a.m. to relieve TN pain. I look over each shoulder as far as I can and hold and breath. I also stretch up to the sky and side to side while taking deep breaths. This has helped me with TN pain - I believe the muscles in my neck affect the nerve and make it misfire. I hope and pray this will some of you relieve your morning pain.

Interesting! I had a neck and back injury a year before my ATN started. I was doing stretches like this all the time. I'm excited to start it back. Thank you.
