I would like to recommend Dr Gavin W Britz from Duke University in Durham NC. I had failed medicines, and He did the MVD on me on Oct 19 2012. My life has completely changed. Everyone at the clinic, and at the hospital were super compassionate, and caring. I could never give enough thanks and appreciation to them.
