I am going to the Mayo Clinic next week to meet with a neurosurgeon and neurologist. I was wondering if anyone in this group has great recommendations on what documentation, information, etc to take with me to ensure my doctors are as well informed as they can possibly be.

How many surgeries performed? Pros/cons of surgery?
yeah for you!!! I applied at Mayo and was rejected for an appointment for my ATN. Am now working with Northwestern to attempt relief.
From what I understand, take all your records and medication with you.
