I wanted to add a post to give positive words/thoughts to all of you.

The spring is here *(for most of us) and the warmer weather is starting. I hope you are all able to get out and enjoy the sun shine once again.

Please add your positive thoughts for others to read, as some of us need it more than others.

For all of you, I hope you have a pain reduced day. I know it can be difficult some times to see the silver lining, however look at all of the recent success stories on this site.

My happy thoughts are with you all.

Something simple: this morning as i write the sun is on my shoulder through the window on my bad side and it is WARM and feels good.

I may be starting out spring pain free...I can only hope. I agree positive vibes to everyone. Let's get outside and enjoy this warmer weather and sun. No more cold and winds....cannot wait for too hot to go outside weather..love those hot summer days :)
