Please say a prayer for me

I am scheduled on June 3rd to have the surgery for Motor Cortex Stimulation. I am not really certain this is what I want to do, I just know I can't just do nothing at all.

I would like to ask those of you who read this to say a prayer for me. If you do not believe in the power of prayer, would you please think some positive thoughts that I will get some relief from this procedure. I am at the end of my rope.
