Has any one had peripheral nerve stimulation done for tn and has it been successful.

That was going to be my next procedure.Im in remission or it's fixed after Gamma knife.It took 9 weeks to go away.I'm happy,but understand it can come back and often does.My G.P. Doc called me at home late one night to tell me about the PNS procedure.The Dr. he was recommending said he has 100% success rate so far although it was fairly new for him.I'm anxious to hear what others say.Thanks Christine! I'm so happy you have found relief.Do you still almost flich when you hit a breeze,open your mouth real wide,or other familiar triggers.I sure do.I guess it takes time to get over it.
I've recently seen this procedure done in Texas and I was astounded by the results. My friend was suffering from horrific postherpetic neuralgia and was bed ridden for 20 months. She is now pain free! I is completely mind blowing. I've learned a ton about the procedure and would love to discuss my experience with anyone out there.. I want more people to know this is an option.
