Angela, you will be in my thoughts tomorrow. All the very best and I really do look forward to you telling us all how fantastically successful it has been for you.
Angela, wishing you the best on your surgery. Tommorrow is my third year since I had the MVD surgery. My wish is that you will be pain free and have your life back as I do. Will be thinking about you.
Connie
all best wishes and love x
(( hugs)) positive thoughts being sent your way! As well as lots of healing energy!
I wish you the best of luck!
Let us know how you are doing!
Ditto....I wish you the best of luck too! Get ready to get your life back :)
Hope your surgery went well since I am writing this after the fact!!! My MVD lasted a whole 2 weeks but that's just me!!! I had a GLYCEROL RHIZOTOMY after the MVD and that lasted for a few years. Last week I had the PAIN return for one instance. At that point I immediately went back on the Neurontin and Tegretol. I have since stopped the Tegretol for now since it makes me see double and that pretty much depresses me even more than I already am!!! So, please let us know how you are doing.............
Prayers and best wishes.
Angela, you are in my prayers, my dear. All of us at Living with TN are supporting you. God bless you!

Hello everyone. I had my MVD on May 29, 2012. I am happy to report that to date I am pain free. I am able to eat, sleep, smile, breathe along with so many other things w/o pain. My incision is quickly healing and the only problems I am having so far is muffled hearing due to some dried betadine blocking my ear drum. I also have some altered sensation to my tongue. I cant tell you how I feel. I have been keeping notes since my surgery to update a blog and will do so. Ive also been taking pictures to include of the incision site. I thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. If I can help anyone in any way please dont hesitate to ask. I want to continue to support anyone and everyone I can just as support has been shown to me. Thank you all and thank GOD.
