Hi there, was wondering if anyone has tried keppra in addition to gabapentin, I take 3600 of gabapentin right now and pain is not controlled. Doc wants to add keppra but wasn't sure if anyone had tried that combo. Right now am able to work so can't be too sleepy if possible. Have already tried gamma twice and mvd once. Thanks for any info!!
hello. i have not tried keppra but i would offer a word of caution in regards to it. my brother-in-law was recently taking keppra for a seizure disorder and developed excessive oral bone spurs. his wife is a scientist and did some research and found that there was a link between keppra and oral bone spurs. not sure of the prevalence but i would certainly research it for myself before taking it.
