Rebecca, I really look forward to reading about your experience with this diet. It sounds a bit too easy to be true but who knows. I think it's worth a try and you should be able to tell if it's working within a few weeks, which is good. I very much hope the diet will make you feel better! Please, keep us posted.

*hanging my head*, i failed to keep to the diet ... one would think that the pain from this would keep me on the straight and narrow ... i am eating a low saturated fat diet but i am eating/drinking things that are listed as off limits ... i am having more good days, regarding the pain, but i still hurt ... not as excruciating as it has been ... i really dont know how to explain this ... i thought the GK i had was a failure but the surgeon said to give it time ... sorry i let you guys down

That's ok, Rebecca, don't worry about it! I would volunteer to be the next person to try how effective the diet is, but I've just started taking medication and I'm feeling better already, plus I've started acupuncture treatment and adding the diet to that would make it hard to distinguish which of these is it that works. I really hope the GK will prove a success over time, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Thanks Rebecca for this info & link!
I am going to give it a try! I ate low fat for many years & think I can get back on it & not stray. Could help me take off some weight & pain! Will keep everyone posted on the results. I am on meds but still think I could measure results if the pain doesn’t remind me to take the pills every 12 hrs.
