Is this bilateral ATN? Would any help me figure it out?

I have issues with ATN!

The thing is, I don't know if it is bilateral.... does this qualify as bilateral?

The first branches on either side are fine, I have zero issues there!!

My middle left branch hurts, burns and aches ALL DAY LONG!!! at times it even stabs around the cheek.

My middle right branch never really bothers me, but at times it gets tooth pain very similar to the one I feel on the left!!! Today for example my right molars feel sensitive!!! I also feel at times some burning and aches around it.... thought the left side is 98% more constant!

As far as my lower branches, the left is affected, the right never gives me issues.

So my left side I got 2nd and 1st branch with issues.... and on the right just the second acts up sometimes.

Is this considered bilateral?

Yes. It sounds like bilateral. I have it in all three branches on my left and it is the middle branch on my right that hurts. I get it in my teeth but mostly on the side of my tongue. Every single day is different. And I have spots that hurt for one second and some that hurt for weeks on end. Luckily, both side do not tend to bother me at the exact same time
