Yes, constipation as well - stopped the oxy because of it... I also have degenerative discs. This is my 3rd major surgery in 4 years. I am ready to be done! I'll keep you posted on my progress.

I know we have not emailed in awhile. First of all. how are you doing--both with the surgery and with TN. I have just returned to Ohio, from the south. The trip was about 13 hours--in the car this time. It was not as bad as I had anticipated. We have two cats and we gave them mild sedatives so they were pretty good. I took a lot of muscle relaxers and that helped with the drive. I am still not doing great. The scar from the surgery is healing, but I still have a lot of pain. I know you are younger than me, and I don't know if you remember the cone heads from Saturday Night Live--years ago. But I feel like a cone head. I do not have a cone head, but that's how I feel. I do not have a lot of energy even though I take B12 and Vitamin D. Also, I only feel the MVD helped my TN about 25%. It has been six weeks tomorrow and I had hoped it would be better and am hoping it will continue to improve. I see my regular neurologist tomorrow and will see what she says.
I see Dr. Lim for my follow-up on May 22. I know you do not live to far away. I was wondering if you would like to meet and talk. I will buy you lunch. I do not know how far away Fairfax VA is. This is entirely up to you and how you are feeling. My appt. is at 10:00 am and my flight does not leave until later that evening.
