im applying to 3 depts. several years ago the head of peripheral ner-spine sent me t o apivate dr. he performed unsuccessful brachius pluxus surgery. it was out of pocket. i applied to plastics for an appt and he was this drs partner. now i am reapplying to this dept. they are no longer partners. the private dr is also best friends with the head of plastics. am i concerned about this. do i completely omit this.
