Not sure if this will help you but have you researched"Glycerol Rhizotomy"? I’ve had 2 of those procedures and they worked for me. Its a pretty simple injection in the cheek and there is no down time. I also had an MVD (the 1st thing I tried ) and that was a big operation that only lasted for 2 weeks. Great!!! Not!!! So, please think twice about the MVD.
