I wanted to write this because i never read anything good experiences and was terrififed to do this. The surgery it's self was like any, you know they knock you out you feel nothig you wake up feeling nothig but you are sick. I think I threw up for two days. Yes there was pain but nothing I couldn't handle, and they do give you drugs Now comes the recovery which i am told is long. My neck is really sore theycut your neck muscles and not to menton the nearly eight inch scar with stiches. Dotcotr says it will be atleast two weeks where i start feelng human lol. or be able to work. I am just really tired and my nect hurts, but that agony horrendous pain is gone fnally can chew agan. I would do this agan n a mniture. I just hopeing like he says there is no guarrentee that t will work, if i pass the two year mark he will be confident it did, or even three months it will look good. I still have to take those dam pills but only half the dosage so i won't be all drugged up anymore, god i have my life back atleast so far so if you are thinking of this don't worry it's just like any other surgery yeah it sucks with cathetars they put in when your sleepin , and iv's but they cater to you and make it as comfortable as possible
