Guided Meditations - Sources?

Hello Everyone!

I was wondering if anybody uses guided meditations to help with pain or relaxation? If so can you provided me to your sources where I could obtain recordings via downloads i.e. podcasts, through iTunes, or websites? I would really appreciate it. Also I was wondering if anybody does any specific yoga postures or sequences that helps them and if you have come across any information about using yoga to manage pain or to specifically address TN? Like wise if you could provide any sources or links that would be helpful too. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Regards,

Jennifer

I do various relaxation techniques with Andrew Johnsen, they are available at the App store, so probably in other places too.

They help me relax and eases my pain for a while, but as I have ear pain, I cannot always bear to listen when I need it. I also find a lot of relief from child’s pose.

My favorite guided imagery meditation by far is "Your Present: A Half Hour of Peace" by Suzie Mantell. I don't think there's a download, you have to buy the CD on Amazon. It turns me to putty!
