Gov't support

Does any body know if the government will give us TN sufferers any monetary support like welfare ? It's hard to actually work and hold a job with this kind of pain. People just think we have head aches and just take the pain, we're being babies. This TN is a serious chronic illness. I just got my 100.00$ medication that I will have to take the rest of my gosh darn life and I have expenses and bills, I can't expect my family to support me the rest of my life. What can I do ? The meds, kind of work I have days where I have to take a double dose. Other than that I think I can work. But how ? No one will hire an un experienced person who has to take medication four times a day? On the application I sound like some mental patient, like if I'm gonna kill every one there if I don't take my medication.(Well I probably will with the pain, Just kidding any body who has the pain knows what I mean!) Then to explain it over and over. No body knows how we feel until they've suffered our pain! I've had ignorant people tell me well.. just take an aspirin or the dumbest one of all " you need to have sex so your head ache can go away!" haha ! WTF! That is not going to help! SO what can I do for work? Any Ideas? What do my fellow TN people do for a living?

P.s. I hate to be a complainer and a bad sport but if these women can keep having babies just to be supported I don't see why they're not able to work. People with real diseases should get the gov't support. I know sounds bad I'm sorry but it's kinda true!

Step one go to soc. security office…see what documentation they need.

Document every thing from med side effects, and how they greatly reduce your cognitive ability…concrete number like 40%

prescriptions, print off McGill pain scale and fill it out as it hurts on your worst day.

Then they will deny you…then you go back and usually get it on appeal.

Face pain tab above has info to help even more to do this…have somebody help you organize If needed.

When you get your first check and it is too little… Go to your local vocational rehabilitation office, do a career assessment…they will even set you up to work from home, go to school part time…weave baskets, do computers, hundreds of ideas…and if low enough income will pay for glasses, meds, textbooks, laptop…I used to work there but not in your state, some are better than others,.

Sorry this part belongs above on how to file…after 40% up above
!

work missed, doctors notes…whatever they need, give them double the evidence!

Thanks I will try this!
