I have triggers around my ear but not necessarily that spot. I have trouble wearing glasses or tucking my hair back, for example.
Yes!! i do!! when i was younger before i got diagnosed i would go to the doctor and tell them that it was “the spot” because if any one or any thing touched it for any reason i would get an attack everytime. still do it’s just traveled farther down my face now. but that is still one of the places my pain is triggered. idk why it is there but your not alone
Thanks Debbie and Amanda! I get triggered with sunglasses and putting my hair up too!
At least it is just sun glasses! LOL I am getting old and need readers. Such a bummer.

Yes i do get the same thing my ear seems to always be the starting point of my pain its more like a warning for me and then bang it starts :( Mina xx

I too have ear pain a lot - all around the ear, but most especially very deep within the ear as well - like I do right now :-( I hate it hate it hate it!
Like Mina says, my ear pain often is the first sign the rest of the face will start to flare up also - it's like a warning sign but sometimes it just seems to make everything so much worse.

Sara I do get pain deep inside my ear and around it also. that was the first thing I noticedwith face pain was my ear’s, swelling to no end ,thought I had a severe ear ach that just kept swelling.When my acid reflex, get’s bad It can trigger theburing and make the pain more suvere. Does any one else notice this trigger. It took me some time to figure that out so much Pain.
