I have type 2 TN from a brain tumor that compressed and damaged my trigeminal nerve. I had the tumor removed, but it did some damage to the nerve from compressing it for so many years. Antidepressants really help with the pain, but I have vertigo/ visual problems that really effect my quality of life, and sometimes neck pain. Does anyone else have visual problems or neck pain from their TN? Are their any remedies?
