Due to the nature of TN we all end up on a different combination of drugs, maybe because of the pain level or our own body's interaction with them. One of the drugs my neurologist put me on was Oxtellar XR. Just wondering if anyone else has been put on this. Most articles show that as it is an extended release drug you normally only need max of one a day but I am currently on 600mg 4 time per day plus gabapentin 800 mg 4 times per day plus 15mr baclofen 2 times per day. And all of this does not work so probably going to have MVD surgery. Anyway, back to the topic of my discussion. 1. What combination works for different people and 2. Is any one else on Oxtellar (or even heard of it)
