Well, I scheduled my cyberknife today for 6-12. I am really nervous. Does anyone know the side effects? They say fatigue , nausea, hair lost in the area. I was wondering how long the nausea could last? Thanks.
Hi Donna. Had cyberknife/gamma knife on 04/11. Yesterday was the first day that I felt like it might be working. I had a little headache for a couple of days from the pins for the halo they attach to the skull, but, no nausea, hair loss. Don't be nervous - it's one step closer to feeling better. I had this Jan. 2011.. No nausea, little headache for couple of days. I was pain free for 11months!
Unfortunately, my pain returned just in a different area.
