Celiac and GPN; Parotid Gland and GPN

I have been tested for Celiac disease, but I tested negative. My allergy tests do show sensitivities to wheat, along with trees, grasses, molds, eggs, corn. I'm also allergic to chocolate, milk, and peaches. I am under treatment for allergies (shots), but have not really modified my diet to exclude gluten. I find it very interesting the connections between neuralgia and other conditions.

On a slightly different topic to do with GPN, I have a lot of trouble with the parotid gland on my affected side blocking. Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms? It happens when I eat, sometimes with the first bite, sometimes after several bites. It is quite painful, and looks just like the mumps (which I never had) Along with all this my ear on the affected side rings all the time. Anyone else?

I find GPN to be a very confusing condition at times. I just don't know how to anylyze the myriad symptoms I have.

Did you get any answers, arachnebleu?

I have read many times that the test used in the US for celiac is not particularly useful for picking up gluten sensitivity, so people can be affected negatively by gluten without the test showing anything. I hope you are well.
