Can TN be caused by dental work on front teeth?

I doubt if I have TN or some other condition. It's two of my front teeth in the lower jaw on which I had root canals and multiple root end surgeries done and the pain I get is mostly located there as if the teeth were still inflamed (they are not and the bone is growing back fast) plus half of my chin is numb and sensitive at the same time, if that makes any sense. It's been three months since the last surgery and the pain is almost always present though its intensity varies (before the surgery I was getting on and off pain); after the first surgery longish time ago I experienced pain for less than a week, then I was 100% pain free; that is until the inflamation came back some months later. It seems that most people whose TN was caused by dental work had that done on their molars and that the pain covers larger areas of the face. I'm not even sure if the trigeminal nerve runs as far as the front teeth - it would only make sense, I just want to check with all you more knowledgeable people on this forum. I also have TMJ disorder but the teeth aches came prior to me developing that, so I'm 90% sure there is no connetion between the TMD and my teeth aches. Thank you for any information/opinions.

They say everyone is different and most is unknown. My experience looking back at my life is alot of what I thought was unnecessary dental work. A jaw injury caused my a rock in the face at 7 with no medical treatment, followed by a year later my father squeezing my jaws togeather. Other than those, I really cannot see for me, what caused this.

For me, TN was triggered by oral surgery (bone grafting to prepare for implants). Then after an MRI, the doctor said had the oral surgery been done on the other side of my face I would have had no problem. The reason: The MRI showed that I have an enlarged cererbal artery on the TN side and, following the surgery and the nerve sending pain impulses, nerve was touching the artery and it continued to send impulses. I saw the arteries on the MRI. On the left side it looked like a small snake. On the right side it looked like a worm. It's weird but that's the way God made me.
