Patient, initially pain in left lower teeth, Nov '16, dental appointments, nothing found, doctor antibiotics, pain eased, returned constant Jan '17. Visited with tooth pain, tmj, occipital neuralgia and neck pain, doc another course of antibiotics. One treatment of physical therapy and a marked improvement.
Early days ish, but a mention as I’m sure physical therapy could help some. Interestingly a mate’s girlfriend has the exact symptom pattern and once her MRI imaging is completed will if appropriate visit, not necessarily looking forward to that one, she has a lot of stress issues which might hinder any possible treatment. I’ll post if.
