Has anyone experience severe acne with GPN or TN? I know these diseases are very similar. I have had GPN for almost 3 years now and have had a surge of acne since the onset with a recent change in the past 3 months. My skin has changed from dry to oily even though I wash twice a day. I see a dermatologist regularly and creams and treatments I used to use now make my face red all over and burn. Any thoughts?
