I was diagnosed with TN 10 yrs ago. Recently I’ve been having pain and pressure on the left side of my face. It starts at my mouth and the pressure is felt in my ear, eye, and head area. My left eye constantly waters and I have no control over it. The trigger electric shock starts at my mouth and pressure is felt everywhere else. The pressure is so bad and it brings dizziness. Has anyone with TN been diagnosed with Paroximal Hemicranium ( I hope I spelled it correctly).
I also started having this strange headaches like a year ago, it feels like pressure in my forehead and pain around my eyes. I was told that this is my migraine, but I am pretty sure it is something else. I am also dizzy most of the time.

Yes I had them. Not at first but after a few months. VERY painful, hot searing pressure and throbbing pain. Indocin helped a great deal. I asked my neurosurgeon prior to having my MVD and he felt the headaches
were related to TN. After MVD, no TN pain, no headaches. Look into Indocin.
