I appreciate you ! Please don't forget it. TN and deppresion often robs us of a healthy perspective. I'm am praying for you ...also I miss that wonderful. Pic of you :)

You’re right you know, it does rob you of a healthy perspective, but I know now, it was part of the journey a lot of learning came out of facing the depression, understanding and validating anything and everything that had changed in my life was an important step going forward.

Mimi, I sure hope & pray that you get to feeling better this year. I can identify with much of what you said. It is hard to stay positive when you don't get any relief from the pain and depression can be a hard loop to get out of when that happens...Stay strong...wishing you a bright New Year. Min

Mimi, I'm hoping 2015 brings some new solutions to managing your pain. If you have not pursued breathing and relaxation techniques, or tried Mindfulness yet, that might be something to look into. It won't take away pain, but it could change how you process it. Thank you for sharing and letting us know what you are going through.

Thank you Min (( hugs )) happy new year, I’m doing so much better emotionally, and was able to experience 5 days of minimal pain recently, which I attribute to the botox therapy I tried mid December. Very encouraging. Although the pain ramped up again I am grateful for those 5 days!
Dancermom, thanks, I’ve been doing mindfulness meditation for years, even before my TN came back. It has been truly beneficial to my well being and really helped me through the depression. I appreciate the suggestion, I’m a big advocate for meditation and breath awareness. Hope you are well. ((Hugs))
