Why has TN become worser for so many people who has suffer from this for many years??
Think myself that our body gets used to the medication we take, to keep the pain at bay we need to take more. Of course there comes a point where you can’t, you are on maximum dose. Also today the pace we live at, the stress of everyday life makes this type of pain more common. Years ago times were hard, but there was not the pressures around there are today. I am retired both hubby and I are over that magical age, but the stresses seem to hit us. Our bills are not correct we spend hours on the phone trying to get a human being to talk to us. All this can start my pain off and many others are the same. Also we are not wealthy our money has to stretch, there are lots to spend our money on, just not the money to spend. People are always in a rush, you go in the car, there is no pleasure to be had in that now the roads here are so crowded with folks in a hurry. Also as you age illness does catch up with a lot of folks, and it is true things tend to go down hill. We need more medical help, in this country the old people seem to be a drain on the economy as the radio at the moment is forever telling us. We are an ageing population. TN is a fighter once it’s got you, it does not like to let go. Though I hate this condition and the pain, I have found many friends on this site and for that I am grateful. Always try to smile at someone each day they could be having a worse time than us. You are a very caring person, I hope you find a way to get some relieve Love Margaret
dear Anna,
To my limited understanding, TN becomes worse in [SOME] others; perhaps, because there is such limited knowledge and research funding.
Just as [Some] people find there Cancer in remission, or [Some] people recover from automobile accidents and [Some] people walk away from a plane crash.
I suspect, that ‘HE’ knows, but ‘HE’ ain’t telling…I’ll hold onto HOPE in the meantime!
Take care, bob
PS: (((Margaret))) “We are an ageing population”…NOT! I’m 54 going on 12 : )
Hi Bob, Think I am younger, watching SpongeBob on television, really laughing at it, then I realized 7 year old had left the room, I was so involved with programme I had never noticed. Margaret
