Um sorry missed the diagnosis part
Fibromialgia neurologist but seems they have found whats happening occipital nerve
Thanks Susan 12, it is just so frustrating to try different things, and they donât change things much. She is counting on the occipital nerve being the answer. I hope she is not disappointed again. My friend had a nerve block for occiptial nerve and she is doing so well, but the #1 symtom is eye pain, and sis doesnât have that. Honestly, in the mean time she is suffering. She goes nowhere. It has change her life tremendously.

I have to add she has other issues spondalolisthisis , and chronic hip bursitis. She gets injections for both.
Myself I am not sold on occipital nerve.
We will see. She next has an intake with pain clinic then they will try the nerve block. She needs her back done yesterday but she wonât do it. This may help other symtoms since it is a nerve related?? We just donât know.
