I wanted to share some of the videos from this channel. I have not watched them all but the ones I have I learned a lot from. This is the therapy I have had success with. I felt he was very knowledgable and has put a lot of effort into figuring this stuff out. I REALLY liked the Dr. he works with (her name is Dr. Holt), wish I lived closer so she could be my family doctor. I would definitely recommend them. I have not had horrible jaw pain since the end of November and was off all medications by the second week of therapy. I am so grateful to have my life back and I would be thrilled if this could help even one person. And it is so simple. Also, I got an email from him recently that he is doing Skype appointments for a limited time, I don't' know what it costs. I think you could go to any Mckenzie therapist and they could figure it out though. The physical therapist I went to, because he was closer to my home, had never treated anyone with TN before and he didn't charge me until he knew for sure he could help me. We knew after the second appointment. I'm still not to the bottom of all my problems that seemed to come from out of the blue with their evil leader TN leading the way, but I can check the worst one off the list!!

somebody posted mckinzie neck therapy and I got the book "Fix your Neck" - I have mannnny neck problems -And I found a PT guy who is certified in that method ---- but wouldn't think this has any effect on TN - but who knows?

There is a convergence of trigeminal and cervical signals, regionalizing pain. The scalp at the back of my head is a prime trigger and gives me a lot of grief. My aim is to keep all that as quiet as possible. I have degenerative arthritis in all of my cervical a spine and I have a confirmed compression. Who knows what fibres are are cross-talking!
