Rough TN pain when walking

Rough few months. I had a horrible TN attack at the end of July that has left last affects. The pain has subsided but never fully going away. I've lost 38 ibs since then. I can't chew even on the opposite side. I'm drinking ensures and eating soups and it's just rough. My MRI show's no compression so I have no surgery option there. I'm in need of some relief. I wake up some mornings and open one eye afraid to move and wake the beast. Sometimes when I walk it's like the bodily vibrations can be felt on the left side of my face and cause pain. My tongue is a trigger as well as my teeth- it's like a can't win. Some days I'm good and others I feel so defeated. Not a great feeling for a wife and mother of a 3 yo daughter and 8 yo son.

I’m so sorry for your pain. I have tn 2 & tn 1, bilateral . You may have compressions that only very few doctors can see. Dr. Cohen in NYC saw one on my MRI. I just had 8 fixed in an MVD by dr Linskey in CA. Keep searching for the few Doctors who specialize. Dr Casey in Michigan. Dr Linskey in CA, Dr Cohen in NY. I’m sure there are others but these are a few of the best for TN. Good luck.
