Hi, I wanted to change my screen name, but I keep getting an error message saying
We're Sorry Please select an option for: Why did you decide to join (multiple answers okay)?
I have selected my choices and have the boxes ticked, but I still keep getting the error message.
I have also reported the issue twice, but I am not getting any replies.
Can anyone help?

I don't believe there is an option under our operating system to change your screen name, Hinton. The only alternative I can think of is to close your member account and start a new one. However, I'll pass on your message to one of our administrators.

Hi Red, I change my screen name back in June this year to 'Hinton', it was very straight forward to change the screen name, under the settings tab.
But, now I keep getting an error message We're Sorry Please select an option for: Why did you decide to join (multiple answers okay)?
But all boxes are selected and ticked, so I am at a loss on this one.

I first joined here some years ago as 'Dallas' maybe some of you can remember.
Recently I changed my screen name to 'Hinton' this was back in June. I decided I wanted to change it back to 'Dallas' or to something similar, but now I keep getting an error message stating We're Sorry Please select an option for: Why did you decide to join (multiple answers okay)?... the strange thing is, I have all the options ticked.
I don't want to open and set-up a new account, all my history will be lost and I will have to start again.
I have had no help from the Technical Team, no reply.
Please can someone help?
