Pain gone at last

I am now 66. I went in for a root canal at 49. During the third session, a pain of undescribable intensity nearly jolted me out of the chair. Over the past decade and a half I feel like I have seen any doctor that would see me. I have tried everything and anything anyone said might work. I would have drank snake oil if they said it would work.

When I was taking about 2,000 mg of medication a day, I had a gamma knife procedure done at Hoag Hospital. For one year the medication level did come down some. Then it went back up. When I was taking between 3,000 and 4,000 mg of medication a day, I had Micro Vascular Decompression surgery at Cedar Sinai Hospital. I felt like that was the end of the world.

Three cavitation surgeries later I was taking between 900 to 1,400 mg of nerve blockers every day. The doctor in Reno who performed the cavitation surgeries taught me about muscle testing to determine if medications or supplements were compatible with my system and to determine how much I should be taking.

I found a doctor who used "Nutritional Response Testing" to bring body and organs back to a level of health I had not known in years. My medication level dropped between 100 and 300 mg on the average each day. Last year I found a site called Z Natural Foods. After extensive testing and an interesting learning curve, I found the right combination. After nearly 17 years, I am now medication free. While I might have made it sound simple, the process of finding out what works with the body and what makes the pain go up or down takes time and effort. Along with the above, for health purposes I have kept a diet that is 90 plus percent organic and vegetarian.
