Hi Sluggo, the easy answer would be to say google "balloon compression for trigemina neuralgia" Before I had it done I need alot of research. I even found a video on how it is done. Look into it. Of course because I am running around completely numb on the left side I would say...have it done, it's wonderful but I know it hasn't worked for some of us just like a MVD didn't work for me. Talk to your neuro about options. Are you using drugs to help control pain at all? I hope you find something, hard to hear you are in agony. Please keep me posted

Still good but I wake up every morning and the first thing I do is touch my face. The fear is still there. When will it be over? Again thank you so much everyone for being happy for me. Good things are a great thing to share with friends.
