Yes… I emailed the office…WOW - he emailed me back himself!! Impressive! I will know more info about my questions later this week after the holiday. He mentioned a person in Cincinatti that has knowledge of this surgery… I-I-I-I just don’t know - will have more homework to do!! …feeling more hopeful for the new year!!

It's crazy that a world renowned surgeon of ANY field would personally email patients -- that is why I realllly felt in good hands!!!
EXACTLY Mimi! I am home for a few days from school (teacher) ... using this time to make the best decision for my future; it is hard though...I really thought my neuro would be helping with this - BUT...no.
I know Kc! ...I am so impressed! He did recomment John Tew in Cinncinati (ALOT closer). I have been looking at his info and am equally impressed on the professional side; but we'll see. Kind-of depends on insurance at this point, as Dr Tew (hospital) uses our insurance.
You just don't know how much I appreciate you guys...I feel so much more empowered and able to see a light at the end of the 'proverbial' tunnel ... have hope this new years day for 2013!
