Microvascular Compression, is it?

Just a poser,

It is said microvascular compression is the primary hypothesis in idiopathic TN, type 1 and type 2. We are told by the neuros, it is the external action of arteries and veins on the trigeminal nerve root and it's action on myelin of the nerve fibres of the nerve root, Yet we have some 30% unmyelinated nerve fibres some of which are pain fibres, present in the trigeminal nerve root, and we already have microvascular elements both vein and artery supplying the nerve root for normal function both external and internal of the nerve, why do these not interact with the trigeminal nerve root causing symptoms? they are obviously not considered or don't as treatment is not directed at these structures.
