Not to toot my own horn as it were, but by a funny coincidence, I transcribed and wrote the FAQ file in the late 1990s, in which these questions first appeared on the home page of the TN Association. The original source for the information was a magazine published quarterly by TNA. I was their webmaster for three years, from 1998-2001.
