went to a pain center they want to try a Intravenous lidocaine infusion
has anyone done this??

never heard of it but I would recommend acupuncture first. Be sure to find one that is almost considered a dr., a good way to tell if an acup is good is usually how knowledgable he is with natural herbs.
OK I went today and had an IV infusion of lidocane and it did bring my pain level from a 7 to a 3 for my facial pain and kicked out my fibro pain mostly too

OK SO I HAVE NOW HAD 3 INFUSIONS AND DOING PRETTY WELL I STILL HAVE LITTLE TN1 ATTACKS WITH NOT LINGERING RESULTS BUT I DO HAVE LARGE TN1 ATTACKS AND THEY TRIGGER FACIAL PAIN FOR 24 TO 48 HOURS THEN THE FACIAL PAIN GOES AWAY SO I THINK THAT THE INFUSION IS WORTH DOING I AM HAPPY THAT I TRIED IT

SO I HAVE HAD 5 INFUSIONS DONE ONCE A WEEK AND THEN WENT UP NORTH FOR A THREE WEEKS AND DID REAL GOOD WITH MY TN2 UNTIL THE SECOND PART OF THE THIRD WEEK AND PAIN STARTED CREEPING BACK IN SO I WENT IN FOR A 6TH INFUSION AT THE END OF THE FORTH WEEK AND DOING GOOD WILL GO IN IN 7 DAYS FROM THEN FOR ANOTHER AND THEN OFF TO COLORADO FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH I WILL UPDATE WHEN I AM BACK HUGS TO ALL AND GOD BLESS
